I’m typically the type of person who doesn’t buy into get rich quick schemes or advice.
I’m a divorced mom of 3, and in my search for a way to become financially independent, I stumbled onto the Rich Dad series of books by Robert Kiyosaki. I was pulled in partially by the fact that he tells us in the books, that he and his wife Kim, lived out of their vehicle for a period of time before they made their wealth.
MoneyMoz recommended article: Public Relations: Why it Works The short answer is, it works best when its fundamental premise is the guide, which insures that the primary focus of your public relations program is the behaviors of your most important outside audiences. Not less urgent matters like personalities, communi- cations tactics or administrative concerns. PR strives to effectively manage the perceptions and behaviors of your outside audiences with the goal of helping you achieve your organizational objectives. Produce More Sales from your Email Promotions - Part 2 Do sales come from your ezine regularly? How many well-written articles do you submit per week to Online ezines? How often do you send thank you's and follow up messages to your different email groups? If you answered not many, then you need to re-evaluate. The answer to online success is the same as traditional success--promotion, promotion, promotion.
Mr. Kiyosaki also tells us that living in their car, was their choice rather than a necessity. They lived out of their car, because they would rather live in their car, than get a job that wasn’t going to provide the lifestyle that they are presently enjoying.
I’ve purchased and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Cashflow Quadrant, and Rich Dad’s Retire Young, Retire Rich, and needless to say, I don’t want to live out of my car in order to be able to afford to invest in real estate. My children need to eat and get a good night’s sleep so that they can function in school during the day, and the majority of our population lives in the same reality. Real estate investment is not an option for most of us. It generally requires large amounts of up front capital, that isn’t available to most of us. So obviously, I’m over my obsession with the Rich Dad Poor Dad series. On with the search.
As my search continued, I landed on a product called “Thank You Rich Jerk”, written by a bright young woman named Holly. I read a lot of reviews which were 99% good. But as I said before, I don’t ‘buy in’ quickly. After about a week of reading these reviews, I caved. I had to. I purchased “Thank You Rich Jerk.” It was only $14.95, and it downloaded quickly to my computer. I was into it right away.
It’s not a ‘get rich quick’ scheme, she fully explains that this takes time. I’m okay with that. But
even though I had read great reviews about this e-book, I was still a bit skeptical as to just what kind of information this young woman had for me. Buying this product wasn’t a spur of the moment decision, even though it only cost $14.95. My hesitation wasn’t about the price, but about the fact that I hate to give even 50 cents to someone who’s conned me to get it. At $14.95, Thank You Rich Jerk’s a great buy (as opposed to $25 for Rich Dad books).
As it turned out, I couldn’t put it down. The evening that I bought it, I didn’t make it to bed until 2:30 am. This book covers everything from search engine optimization, to which affiliate programs are the most profitable, to you name it, she goes over it in a step by step manner, that only a deaf and blind person wouldn’t be able to understand.
MoneyMoz recommended article: Oil, Lube and Filter Employee Pay We have been studying the labor rates of Oil, Lube and Filter Quick Lube Facilities and we are finding that the pay is lower than you might expect. We also believe this is part of the problem with recruiting and retaining key employees. The average employee at a Quick Lube is a little under $7.00, which is lower than you would expect and certainly lower than the customer is thinking you are paying. This maybe why the average employee only stays employed about 1.8 years and then leaves for greener employment. A recent survey shoed us that the pay was actually $7.75 and the average employee stayed on 2 years, this is not what we found in our survey talking to people in the business. Of course in our survey we did factor in Wal-Mart quick lubes which so many in the industry deny their existence even though they command over 11% market share and growing at 2% per year, we expect by 4% per year by 2005. The average Manager in the Industry is being paid $32,519.00 yearly from an ASO Magazine and NOLN-National Oil and Lube News. The average manager is staying about 4 years. But we think these numbers will change as competition continued to increase and we are predicting 980 new Oil and Lube buildings to be erected and start business by End of Year 2004.
The day after I bought Thank You Rich Jerk, I began implementing Holly’s strategies on one of my websites. I saw a big improvement in both my traffic numbers, and my sales inside of two weeks. I’m astounded. I was so very skeptical about this thing, I highly recommend “Thank You Rich Jerk.” And I must be one of THE most skeptical human beings alive. This young woman has really hit the nail on the head with this one.

MoneyMoz recommended article: Sports Betting Affiliate Program Secrets: Super Online Gambling Affiliates The world of a sports betting affiliate is one that is as full of variety and opportunity as that of the industry it serves. Online sports betting has become one of the largest industries on the Internet both in terms of financial turnover and membership. It's notoriety and popularity have meant that year on year the membership numbers swell. It has developed into an online phenomenon, raking in billions each year. But through affiliate programs this wealth can finally be redistributed to Internet users of all sizes and stature. The affiliate program works as a reward system for website owners, who host advertisements from companies, in this case that of sports betting sites. For the affiliate this is a golden opportunity to make their web space into a useful earning plot rather than a stagnant place. The affiliate receives all of the banners, text links and even in some cases e-mail documents ready for mass sending, for absolutely nothing. Therefore there is no implied risk or up front capital that is necessary to begin a venture into the world of affiliate marketing. The simplicity and ease with which new affiliates can obtain this paraphernalia is one of the key reasons why so many have joined this, and other affiliate marketing programs on the Internet. The Forgotten Market There are a great many online business people who are forgetting the potential that this particular forgotten market can be providing them. The forgotten market I am referring to is the off-line market and as for the potential, it could prove to be quite profitable for you. What you need to do though, is take the blinders off and focus on "all potentials" NOT JUST the one track mindset of setting up campaigns geared towards the online market. I understand that setting up an email campaign geared to the online market is easy in more ways than one. I mean the online community already "gets it" as far as how the internet and online marketing works, therefore the "education" isn't necessarily warranted or needed. Based on that it takes perhaps less time to see the fruits of your labour.
